By booking with us, you agree to treat our captains, vessels, and fellow guests with respect. Cancellations made within 48 hours receive a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee unless due to emergency or severe weather—we’re human, we understand. You are responsible for your own safety: listen to instructions, wear provided gear, and communicate your limits. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone compromising safety or peace.
